Why two models
Because one of them is usually unnecessary
Most routine car work — an oil change, a battery, a scan, an AC top-up — does not need a lift. Making someone give up their car for a day to get it done is a workshop's convenience, not a customer's.
So we do that work where the car already is. What genuinely needs equipment — a clutch, an alignment, paintwork — goes to the workshop, and we say so plainly rather than pretending everything can be done in a parking bay.
The part people actually dislike about car service is not the location. It is finding out the bill after the work. That is why every job here runs in the same order: inspect, quote, get approval, then work.

How we work
Four rules, applied to every job
These are the operating rules, not marketing lines. Each one is something you can hold us to on a specific car.
Inspect before replacing
A part gets replaced when it has been checked and found faulty, not because it was on a package list.
Quote before working
You see an itemised quote — parts and labour separated — before a spanner is turned.
Approval before extras
If the inspection turns up something else, that is a second call and a second decision, yours.
A written record
An itemised invoice showing what was fitted and what was done, with the warranty terms for both.
We do not publish customer counts, ratings or awards on this site. When we have collected real reviews, they will appear here with the names attached — until then, there is nothing honest to show.
