Heremechanic currently operates in Bengaluru. We cover most of the city for doorstep work, and confirm your exact address when you book rather than promising a slot we cannot reach. We plan to expand to other cities.

Doorstep means a mechanic comes to your home or office with the tools and parts for the job — routine servicing, battery work, diagnostics, AC gas top-ups and minor repairs. Workshop service is for anything needing a lift, an alignment rig or a spray booth, such as clutch work, wheel alignment and denting or painting. When you book, you choose which you want, and we tell you if the job actually needs the workshop.

It depends on your car and the parts chosen, so we do not publish a single figure. You get an itemised quote before any work starts, and if the inspection turns up something extra we ask you before doing it. Nothing is charged that you have not approved.

We fit OEM or equivalent-standard parts and tell you which is going into your car before we fit it. If you would prefer a specific brand or grade, say so when you book and we will quote for it.

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we stand behind the labour we perform. The specific terms depend on the job and the parts fitted, so they are stated on your quote and invoice rather than as a blanket promise here.

For workshop jobs we can arrange pickup and drop within our coverage area. Mention it when you book so we can plan the driver into the slot.

Ask for roadside assistance. A common cause is the battery, which we can test and replace where the car is standing. If it cannot be fixed on the spot, we tow it to the workshop and quote from there.
